Who we are
Antrais Tech is a web design and WordPress development studio serving businesses across the United States. This policy covers https://antraistech.com and the services we deliver through it. If you have a question about anything below, email info@antraistech.com or call (405) 874-7011.
What we collect
We collect two categories of information, and nothing beyond them.
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we receive the details you type into it — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of the project. We ask for the minimum needed to reply usefully. We do not ask for, and have no reason to hold, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or any special-category personal data.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our host records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These exist for security and diagnostics. We do not currently run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver, support, and maintain a project you have hired us for.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical faults.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing email to people who only requested a quote and did not become clients.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is nothing to opt out of, and no consent banner, because there is no tracking to consent to.
Who else sees your information
Only the service providers we need to operate: our website host, our email provider, and — if you become a client — the hosting platform your project runs on. Each processes data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period our accounting and tax obligations require, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short rolling window.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure and we won't claim otherwise, but we keep software patched and access limited, which is what prevents the overwhelming majority of real-world incidents.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@antraistech.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR — and we will honour those requests on the same basis.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking it if you are about to send us information and it has been a while.
