1. What these terms cover
They apply to your use of https://antraistech.com and to any project we agree to carry out for you. A signed or emailed acceptance of a written quote forms the agreement between us; where that quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are fixed-price and issued in writing before work starts. The price covers the scope set out in the quote. It does not change because the work turned out to take us longer than we expected — that is our risk, which is the point of quoting a fixed price. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only proceeds once you approve it.
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the described package. Third-party costs — domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, stock imagery, payment gateway fees — are yours and are billed by those providers directly, not by us.
3. Design approval before build
You receive a clickable design mockup of your actual pages before we build anything. We do not begin development until you approve that design in writing. Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its quote; further rounds are available and quoted before they are carried out.
4. Timelines
Delivery estimates assume we receive your content, brand assets, and feedback within a reasonable time of asking. The clock pauses while we are waiting on you. We will tell you promptly if something on our side will push a date, and we will not quietly let a deadline slide.
5. What you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, images, logos, and other material you give us, and for holding the rights to use them. We rely on that. If material you supply infringes someone else's rights, that liability sits with you.
6. Ownership
On final payment, you own the finished website outright — the design, the page templates, the content, the domain, and the hosting account. We build on self-hosted WordPress, so there is no proprietary platform, no licence owed to us, and nothing that stops another developer taking over. We keep the right to describe the project and show it in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Third-party components — WordPress core, plugins, fonts, stock photography — remain under their own licences, which pass to you on their own terms.
7. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote, typically a deposit to begin and the balance on completion before launch. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. Ownership under section 6 transfers on final payment.
8. Support and maintenance
Support during development is included, not billed hourly. After launch, we fix defects in what we built at no charge for 30 days. Ongoing maintenance — updates, backups, monitoring, content changes — is a separate service you can take or decline; declining it does not affect your ownership of the site.
9. What we don't guarantee
We build sites structured to rank and to convert, and we will tell you honestly what we expect. But no one controls Google's ranking algorithm, and anyone who guarantees you a specific position or a specific volume of leads is selling you something they cannot deliver. We guarantee the work, the timeline, and the price — not a search engine's behaviour.
10. Liability
Our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending a project
Either side may stop the engagement in writing. You pay for the work completed to that point; we hand over what has been produced and paid for. We are not in the business of holding a project hostage.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do. The version in force for your project is the one current when your quote was accepted.
