A design audience skews toward exactly those tools, so the undercount can be substantial and it's systematically biased rather than randomly distributed. Server logs count every request, including bots, so they overstate in the other direction. The practical stance is treating analytics as a trend line rather than a headcount, and if accurate totals genuinely matter, moving measurement server-side where it isn't dependent on the visitor's browser cooperating.

More specific, when an accurate type exists — the vocabulary includes a Plumber type that inherits everything LocalBusiness offers while stating the trade precisely, and there's no reason to describe a business more vaguely than the vocabulary allows.
